RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
By obtaining a ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the item won, have intention of using the item only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the item won.
The item won is subject to availability and the Foundation reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
Proceeds of the raffle benefit the End of Watch Foundation Inc, a Florida not for profit organization 501C3.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to enter in the drawing. Entry into the drawing is not based on any purchase or donation.
Prizes are not transferable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the prize.
Winners will be notified, using the name, email, and phone number that the purchaser has submitted or requested to be contacted on their entry. In the event that the Foundation is unable to contact the winner it is the sole responsibility for the winning ticket holder to contact the Foundation to claim their prize at 850-232-1264. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN CALENDAR 10 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN. If the item is not claimed within this 10 calendar days timeframe, another winner will be named.
Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the item won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of won prize(s).
