Refunds and Cancellations 

Physical Items & Online Orders

Items purchased from the End of Watch Foundation’s website and shipped to the customer may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt with the requirement that the customer provide proof of purchase and the items remain in its original, unopened condition. The End of Watch Foundation reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason.

Items purchased in person are not eligible to return or refund.

Event Registrations & Cancellation

Customers may cancel their event registration within ten (10) days of purchase and thirty (30) days before the first day of the event for a full refund. 

In the event the End of Watch Foundation cancels, reschedules, or otherwise substantially modifies an event, registrants will be notified via the email address associated with the relevant registration and provided fifteen (15) days to request a refund. 

Requests for refunds must be received in writing. All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee to be assessed at the sole discretion of the End of Watch Foundation.

Monthly Subscriptions & Memberships

No refund is available for monthly subscriptions and/or memberships.

Donations

No refund is available for donations.
